We are looking for our Project Manager, who will be based in Lyon.

He / She will be assigned to lead different projects and the main responsibilities will be to :

  • Manage the execution of the projects under LEM’s development process from initiation to production launch.
  • Manage a multifunctional project core team and set priorities within the project.
  • Deliver the project according to schedule, costs (R&D hours, OPEX, CAPEX, COGS) and technical scope agreed with the internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Communicate internally and externally on project progress, risk and issues and escape when needed.
  • Contribute to the business product roadmap definition.
Profiles
  • Engineering degree + 10 years’ experience.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as project manager (PMI certification is a plus).
  • Experience of development in intercultural organizations.
  • Knowledge of Automotive sector is a plus.
  • Experience in development of embedded electronics is a plus.
  • Experience of development of products with functional safety features is a plus (ISO26262, ASPICE).
  • Fluent in English is a must, French and any other language a plus
