Responsabilités

• Collaborating with the ERP Manager and IFS to define project plans, manage timelines, and deliverables.
• Working with internal teams and system integrators to coordinate activities.
• Monitoring progress, setting priorities, and goals to maximize productivity.
• Sharing updates through dashboards, reports, and meeting summaries.
• Leading and documenting key project meetings.
• Supporting change management and onboarding of new projects.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant project documentation.
• Capturing and formalizing new processes from workshops.

As part of our ERP Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions for complex projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the ERP Manager and IFS to define project plans, manage timelines, and deliverables;
• Working with internal teams (IT, Finance, Operations…) and system integrators to coordinate activities and keep the project moving forward;
• Monitoring progress, setting priorities, and goals to maximize productivity while managing risks and dependencies;
• Sharing updates through dashboards, reports, and meeting summaries for leadership and stakeholders;
• Leading and documenting key project meetings and following up on decisions made;
• Supporting change management across impacted business units and ensuring the onboarding of new projects;
• Maintaining accurate, organized, and compliant project documentation (project plans, RAID logs, change requests, etc.);
• Capturing and formalizing new processes and outcomes from workshops.
