Job Description

A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a Product Manager to drive innovation and roadmap execution in the AI and automation space. This role offers the opportunity to shape products used by thousands of professionals globally, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch for AI and automation features.

  • Translate user feedback, market research, and data insights into actionable requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Define and monitor product KPIs, using data to inform prioritization and iteration.

  • Support go-to-market planning, internal training, and post-launch performance analysis.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.

  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling customer-facing products.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, user‑centric design, and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with AI, automation, or workflow optimization is a strong plus.
