Une entreprise leader dans le domaine de la mobilité durable recherche un(e) Manager de Produit pour diriger la stratégie et le développement des dispositifs télématiques. Basé(e) à Paris ou Lyon, ce poste exige plus de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de produit et une bonne connaissance des données téléchargeables. Qualifications

  • 3+ années en gestion de produit avec un accent sur le développement matériel et logiciel.
  • Succès prouvé dans le lancement de produits matériels/logiciels, de préférence dans la gestion de flotte ou les secteurs automobiles.
  • Anglais courant; connaissance du français et/ou du portugais brésilien est un plus.

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and management of our Connected Solutions telematics devices on a global scale. This role requires collaboration across Latin America, North America, and Europe to align regional market needs with global product strategy.

This position is based in Paris or Lyon with a permanent contract. The annual salary range is between 59k€ and 70k€.

Michelin’s services and solutions business line (CXS) develops connected solutions for professionals based on data from telematics devices. This expertise has enriched Michelin’s traditional know-how, translating into new capabilities in data valorization from connected objects—forming the foundation of Michelin's connected solutions.

Beyond making tires smarter, these tools and mobility data aggregation offer endless opportunities for progress!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define a clear, compelling vision for telematics devices (6-12 months), including hardware and firmware development, aligned with engineering and platform roadmap.
  2. Prioritize strategic objectives for device launches and improvements in line with global and regional priorities.
  3. Manage and communicate the product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback and operational needs.
  4. Conduct market and user research to understand regional needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  5. Monitor product performance metrics globally to inform data-driven decisions for feature and UX improvements.
  6. Define requirements for new device development, leading R&D and UX/UI teams through design, testing, and iteration.
  7. Manage development initiatives with clear purpose, functional requirements, and planning for hardware and firmware teams.
  8. Own the backlog, ensuring proper prioritization aligned with PI cycles.
  9. Participate in delivery ceremonies, sharing knowledge and customer feedback to inform future iterations.
  10. Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new device releases in partnership with G2M teams.
  11. Support the development of best practices and standards within the Product Management team.
  12. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members and peers.
  13. Support hiring and onboarding of new PMs and POs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years in product management with a focus on hardware and firmware development.
  • Proven success in launching hardware/software products, preferably in fleet management or automotive sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle telematics data and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Jira, Aha!, Figma, MixPanel.
  • Effective collaboration, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI heuristics and design processes.
  • Knowledge of technology architecture and solutioning processes.
  • High-quality work standards with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
