MAIN ACTIVITIES

Continuous assessment of the product to ensure its competitiveness and durability, whether in service or capital investment:

  • Be aware of trends in the stainless steel and electrical steel markets.
  • Provide regular reports describing the product, its impact, and recommended actions.
  • Analyze the competitive market (competitive intelligence) using a product approach: market position, strategic plans, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
  • Conduct and present a SWOT analysis of our equipment and propose recommendations and an action plan.
  • Prepare annual strategic objectives for the product: profitability, growth, innovation, etc.
  • Assist sales staff in promoting the product (presentations, strengths, weaknesses, USP).
  • Manage the equipment documentation library.
  • Collaborate with R&D to develop new product proposals.
  • Maintain strong links with production for project development and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure punctual start-up and optimization of technologies on-site.
  • Provide feedback on new developments.
  • Organize the collection of information/data directly on customer sites to provide feedback and develop new software for optimizing operations.

This role relies on the support of the Operations and Finance departments.
