A global apparel company is seeking an OMS Champion Product Manager to lead the strategy and vision for their Order Management System. This role requires strong expertise in OMS, agile management, and product leadership. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment. OMS (Order Management System) Champion Product Manager

The OMS (Order Management System) Champion Product Manager is responsible for the vision, strategy, and value delivery of all OMS‑related products and features within a scaled agile environment. As the key business referent, the PM ensures that OMS solutions remain aligned with overall business objectives and the global product roadmap. He/she works in close partnership with an IT counterpart to design and deliver robust, scalable, and customer‑centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy
  • Define and promote the OMS product vision in alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation across omnichannel order management processes.
  • Lead the scoping of initiatives with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Prioritize enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical constraints.
  • Pilot a strong partnership with the OMS provider via regular business reviews.
Backlog & Roadmap Management
  • Build Epics and Features that align with Program‑level objectives and business priorities.
  • Own, maintain, and prioritize the OMS Run backlog.
  • Ensure functional quality across the OMS scope and alignment between needs, requirements, and delivered solutions.
Coordination & Leadership
  • Act as a key expert and coordinator across business, technical, and operational teams (architects, business analysts, developers, QA, supply chain, e‑commerce…).
  • Ensure the consistency of OMS solutions within the broader Lacoste ecosystem (e‑commerce, retail, CRM, ERP…).
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the OMS IT referent to co‑design solutions and support business analysts in the functional definition phases.
Value Delivery & Performance
  • Monitor OMS performance KPIs (error rates, orchestration SLAs, processing times, fulfilment rates…).
  • Measure delivered value, identify areas for optimization, and adjust the roadmap accordingly.
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction for internal stakeholders and, indirectly, end‑customers.
  • Guarantee top‑tier product quality with a continuous focus on delivering an excellent omnichannel experience.
Required Skills
  • OMS Expertise: strong knowledge of Order Management Systems and omnichannel order flows. Experience with Manhattan OMS is a significant plus.
  • Scaled Agile: solid experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar).
  • Product Leadership: ability to define a clear vision, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Analytical Skills: strong capacity to prioritize based on business value.
  • Communication: ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Profile
  • 4 to 5 years of confirmed experience in Product Management within an OMS‑related environment.
  • Background in e‑commerce, retail, or supply chain.
  • Familiarity with agile management tools (Jira is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset, customer orientation, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, international ecosystem.
