The role

We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of one of our flagship products at Elements. Managing specific products is only part of the job; we are seeking a team player who will work closely with all departments at Elements, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Support.

Key responsibilities

As a member of the Product Management team, your role will be to help define and align the global strategy of the products within your scope. You will contribute to building product roadmaps, considering trends and customer needs gathered through strong relationships and deep knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem.

As a key member of your Scrum team, your daily tasks will include:

1. Defining and prioritizing your product backlog
2. Refining stories for development
3. Creating prototypes and UX mockups with our Product Designer
4. Ensuring product quality through test plans and acceptance criteria
5. Keeping product documentation up-to-date

In your role responsible for customer satisfaction, you will:

1. Understand customer pain points and how our apps can help
2. Conduct customer interviews and user tests
3. Gather feedback via support tickets and interviews
4. Define and analyze product metrics
5. Support the team with L3 support
6. Prioritize change requests and bug fixes

Additionally, with a marketing dimension, you will:

1. Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and Demand Generation teams
2. Attend live marketing events
3. Provide product demos
4. Monitor competitors and share insights
