As Product Manager for Ad Hoc Analysis, you will be at the heart of our Client Analytics Team, working to deepen our understanding of client behaviors and deliver strategic insights that shape every aspect of our omni-channel client journey. This role is for those passionate about using data to create value, bridging physical and digital client touchpoints, and enabling all divisions (Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty and Watches & Fine Jewelry) to make data informed decisions.
In this role, you will drive impact by transforming raw client data into actionable insights that inform business decisions and power our customer journey. You will lead the discovery and prioritization, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of tailored ad hoc analyses that address specific business challenges for all Chanel Europe: from our top management to our boutiques.
