We are looking for a talented Industrial Designer with North American market experience to join our growing Design team at our global headquarters in Ecully, near Lyon.
As an Industrial Designer, you will support development activities from concept to prototyping and product implementation. You will collaborate with a "Creative Pool" of Industrial designers, marketing, and innovation specialists working across all our brands.
You will contribute to various project types (Innovation, Time To Market, Design To Cost), from exploratory to final phases.

Your main responsibilities :
- Develop consumer products from concept to production, ensuring user experience quality and visual consistency with Brand Design Guides.
- Conceptualize and visualize physical design solutions.
- Contribute to all creative phases of projects: exploration, ideation, concept development, design development, and final follow-up.
- Create prototypes for research and internal review.
- Produce design deliverables such as 3D files, visuals, presentations, usage scenarios, and color proposals.
- Specify design intent for manufacturing by creating detailed specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to innovate design solutions.
- Understand Groupe SEB’s brands and help define future product development strategies.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Industrial Design.
- At least 2 years of industrial design experience with North American market exposure (USA or Canada).
- Proficiency in 2D (Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D (Rhinoceros, Keyshot) software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent team player.
Fluency in French is a plus.
