Qualifications

Job Context

Accor GPO Astore has recently launched its Strategy & Transformation Office to accelerate and sustain Procurement performance. The team plays a key role in :

  • Supporting the GPO SteerCo in defining and prioritizing growth levers and enablers
  • Monitoring execution of transversal projects and adjust priorities as needed
  • Optimizing and deploying core and cross-functional processes
  • Enhancing collaboration through clear roles and responsibilities
  • Ensuring tools and data effectively support defined processes and governance

Job description

Reporting to the Director of Procurement Strategy & Transformation within the Strategy Transformation Sustainability & Finance team the Procurement Transformation Project Manager will be a key contributor to strategic initiatives shaping the Procurement operating model.

Working as part of the Strategy and Transformation office you will partner with Procurement leadership and both global & local teams to deliver high-impact transformation projects aimed at improving performance aligning organizations and addressing structural pain points across Procurement functions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex transformation projects across the Procurement organization including operating model design process improvement and organizational alignment
  • Structure and manage project plans ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and governance meetings to ensure alignment and effective decision-making
  • Develop high-quality executive presentations and decision papers for top management
  • Support adoption of new ways of working by collaborating with the change management lead (e.g. communication training and rollout activities)
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on selected projects

  • Personal Attributes : Autonomous proactive rigorous adaptable and results-driven with a positive team-oriented mindset

Academic & Professional background

  • Academic background : Master / MBA
  • 4-to-6-year experience in Consulting Project Management and / or Procurement
  • Experience in complex and international environments
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes operating models and organizational design is a plus
