• Minimum 2 years of on-road management experience in pick-up operations or logistics.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Ensure every pick-up meets or exceeds service standards.
• Lead and motivate on-site staff and field coordinators.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues in real time.
• Manage relationships with partner-operated pick-up points.
• Track KPIs such as on-time pick-up rate and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize processes, routes, and resources to improve performance.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans.
• Deliver accurate reporting highlighting risks and proposing solutions.
