Une entreprise de recherche contractuelle recherche un Responsable de la Paie pour diriger les opérations de paie sur plusieurs sites en France. Vous aurez pour mission de garantir la qualité des paies tout en respectant la législation française. Le candidat idéal possède une expertise approfondie en gestion de la paie, des compétences en communication fluides en français et en anglais, ainsi qu'une expérience dans la gestion d'équipes. Ce poste offre un contrat permanent et un environnement de travail hybride à L'Arbresle.
We are recruiting a Payroll Manager (M / F) on a permanent contract to lead payroll operations across France (4 sites, approximately 2,000 employees).
This role will be central in ensuring payroll quality and compliance with French labor, tax regulation and alignment with company policies, while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
This role requires a strong leader with in-depth payroll expertise, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and proven experience managing payroll operations at scale.
The Corporate Functions provide operational support across Charles River in areas such as Human Resources, Finance, IT, Legal, Sales, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Corporate Development. They partner with their colleagues across the company to develop and drive strategies and to set global standards.
