Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Act as a customer-facing advocate with Partners to articulate and position the 3DS value proposition with clients.
- Co-design and execute Partner go-to-market strategies, including 3-Year Business/Transformation Plans and annual development plans aligned with GEO strategy.
- Drive lead, opportunity, and pipeline management with Partners to secure CQ+1 pipeline and support revenue targets.
- Lead Partner transformation and enablement initiatives, including skills development, certifications, cloud adoption, and Partner Rewards Program success.
- Ensure successful solution deployment and Go-Lives by monitoring execution, identifying risks, and escalating when required.
- Lead governance, performance reviews, and reporting, providing strategic insights to GEO leadership and aligning stakeholders on growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales expertise (direct and/or indirect) with strong specialization in Partner Management.
- Solid experience in sales operations and pipeline management to guide Partners through business and sales transformation.
- Strong ability to co-build long-term business plans, investment strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Partners, GEO teams, Brands, and Global stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cloud transformation, enablement programs, and value-based selling.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution and performance tracking.
