Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed test scripts for various modules.
• Execute functional and regression testing, log defects as needed.
• Collaborate with configuration teams to address defects.
• Provide test progress and issue reports.
• Support end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Absence, and Payroll modules

Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to support testing activities across Core HR, Absence, and Payroll modules. The role involves preparing and executing test scripts, validating results, and working with functional teams to resolve issues. You’ll ensure that configurations meet business requirements and that defects are tracked and closed.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 years

5 Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Absence, and Payroll modules

Experience in creating and executing functional test scripts

Understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance in Oracle Cloud

Ability to troubleshoot configuration and data issues during testing

Strong communication skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders

5 Areas of Responsibility:

Develop and maintain detailed test scripts for Core HR, Absence, and Payroll modules

Execute functional and regression testing, logging defects as required

Work closely with configuration teams to resolve defects and validate fixes

Provide clear test progress and issue reports to the project team

Support end-users during UAT and ensure readiness for go-live
