A leading luxury goods company is seeking an Operational Marketing Intern to support the launch of new products. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Management and be proficient in English and Spanish, with additional French a plus. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing tasks, managing product samples, and assisting with communication to HQ. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in the luxury sector.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (min. C1); French is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales is valuable.

Responsabilités

  • Elaborate/collaborate on launch creation and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other departments for launch follow-up.
  • Manage and send updates to sales representatives.
  • Prepare delivery notes and price lists.
  • Support in-store animations and coordinate activations.
  • Assist in reporting to HQ.

Job responsibilities

The Operational Marketing Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities :

  • Elaboration / collaboration in the launch creation and presentations, as well as translations of updates.
  • Launch follow-up and coordination with other departments to ensure proper implementation.
  • Control and monitoring of demos and samples.
  • Management, control, and sending of updates to GPV and sales representatives.
  • Management and coordination of Market requests with other departments.
  • Preparation of delivery notes and price lists.
  • Production of support materials for in-store animations.
  • Coordination and monitoring of specific activations to support sell-out.
  • Assistance in reporting to HQ on launch monitoring, competition, and 360º activations.

PROFILE NEEDED

  • MAIN STUDIES : Degree in Business Management or Masters
  • LANGUAGES : Spanish & English Fluent (min. C1). French is a plus.
  • IT TOOLS : Proficiency in Office 365 (mainly Excel).
  • EXPERIENCE : Previous experience in sales is valuable.
  • AVAILABILITY : For an immediate incorporation
  • OTHERS : Possibility to sign an agreement with the university for 6 months minimum.
