Located in Les Ulis, you will focus on HVAC systems throughout various construction phases. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in HVAC, possesses an engineering degree, and is capable of managing project teams effectively. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous. This role involves significant collaboration with partners and clients, making strong interpersonal skills essential.

Mechanical Project Manager - Data Centre Projects - Paris

Earthstream is currently partnered with an international business that delivers large-scale turnkey Data Centre projects, looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC) to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of the Technical Department, you will focus on the development of technical and financial studies for data centre construction projects, covering HVAC (CVC), Smoke extraction, and Plumbing.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating project bidding activities, proposing technical and economic variants, drafting the technical and methodological sections of commercial offers, and managing a project team of 2/3 people. You will also liaise with external partners and clients’ technical teams throughout the bidding and design phases.

Essential skills and experience

• Engineering Degree - HVAC / Mechanical / Building Services or equivalent)
• 10 years’ experience in ventilation/HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC standards, technical regulations, system design
• Ability to coordinate complex technical topics and multiple stakeholders
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and managerial skills
• Fluent technical English, enabling effective communication with partners and customers during bidding phases
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Quick Devis 7 is a plus
