• Deliver virtual detailing and discussion sessions tailored to the individual needs of HCPs (Healthcare Professionals), including one-on-one consultations
• Conduct reactive support and continuous customer engagements to improve HCP understanding and adoption level of the brand in accordance with product information and approved label
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs, ensuring thorough communication and engagement
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Utilize advanced product knowledge to identify patient profiles and provide detailed information to HCPs to differentiate the brand
• Perform assessments to track and enhance HCP engagement through the adoption ladder over time
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly reports
• Monitor the competitive market situation by gathering information on pricing, products, and communicating market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in a relevant industry with a proven record
• Relevant experience preferred in remote engagement or multichannel marketing
• Bachelor’s degree with a scientific background preferred
• Proactive attitude and passion for working with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in learning scientific and medical knowledge, especially in migraine
• Problem-solving aptitude, strong attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to business decisions
• High accountability and ability to work independently
• Commitment to compliance and the highest ethical standards
