Position: Marketing Specialist (m/f)

As a Marketing Specialist, you will develop market analyses and in-depth strategies for our polyurethane casting solutions "SCPU" and Vulkollan, initiate innovation development, and lead their market launches. You will manage significant marketing projects and act as a competent sparring partner within cross-functional teams, bringing your B2B marketing expertise and process optimization skills.

Your main activities include:

1. Conduct comprehensive market analysis and forecast trends for "SCPU" and Vulkollan" based on industry knowledge, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
2. Design and implement targeted marketing strategies to stimulate business development in elastomers.
3. Responsibly develop product strategies and coordinate market launches for our SCPU and Vulkollan portfolio.
4. Create and manage marketing campaigns and participate in communications across suitable media channels.
5. Lead major marketing projects, from customer segmentation to market positioning.
6. Apply your deep B2B marketing expertise and optimize existing marketing processes.
7. Serve as a competent sparring partner in cross-project initiatives, contributing your marketing expertise to their success.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in marketing, ideally complemented by qualifications in chemistry or engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, commercial operations, or technical development, with in-depth knowledge of coating technologies.
• Innovative thinking and strategic development skills for profitable growth.
• Resource-focused work approach, keeping an eye on technology, product portfolio, and budget.
• Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
• Additional foreign language skills beyond English are desirable.
