A dining and entertainment venue in Paris is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for TOCA Social. The ideal candidate will own the annual marketing plan, execute multi-channel campaigns, and enhance venue awareness. An enthusiasm for hospitality and experience in social media strategy is crucial. Candidates must be fluent in French and English with 3+ years in venue marketing. Reports to: Head of Marketing - UK & Europe
Expected Start Date: March 2026
As Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing activity for TOCA Social Paris. This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving venue awareness, footfall and revenue through effective multi-channel marketing.
You will lead the local implementation of TOCA Social’s marketing strategy, adapting it for the Paris market and ensuring all activity is insight‑driven, commercially focused, and aligned to the brand. Working closely with agencies, venue teams and the central marketing function, you will manage social, PR, paid media, CRM, content creation, partnerships and campaign execution.
This role is perfect for someone with strong marketing experience who is ready to take full ownership of a venue’s commercial performance and build TOCA Social Paris as a flagship location in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a hands‑on mindset, strong commercial focus, and a passion for hospitality, brand and guest experience. Football knowledge, specifically within the French Ligue 1 is preferred.
