Job Highlights

Reports to: Head of Marketing - UK & Europe

Expected Start Date: March 2026

As Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing activity for TOCA Social Paris. This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving venue awareness, footfall and revenue through effective multi-channel marketing.

You will lead the local implementation of TOCA Social’s marketing strategy, adapting it for the Paris market and ensuring all activity is insight‑driven, commercially focused, and aligned to the brand. Working closely with agencies, venue teams and the central marketing function, you will manage social, PR, paid media, CRM, content creation, partnerships and campaign execution.

This role is perfect for someone with strong marketing experience who is ready to take full ownership of a venue’s commercial performance and build TOCA Social Paris as a flagship location in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a hands‑on mindset, strong commercial focus, and a passion for hospitality, brand and guest experience. Football knowledge, specifically within the French Ligue 1 is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
  • Own and deliver the annual marketing plan for TOCA Social Paris, aligned to commercial targets and brand objectives.
  • Localise central strategies to ensure relevance to the French market.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with operations, events, F&B and partnerships.
  • Manage the Paris marketing calendar, identifying revenue‑driving opportunities and peak trading moments.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing on long‑term strategic initiatives and brand positioning.
Social Media & Content
  • Lead the social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok, supported by a creative agency.
  • Identify and act on trends, cultural moments, and community opportunities to grow relevance and engagement.
  • Creating content utilising core pillars of the brand to attract and engage our target audience. You will be expected to capture content in‑venue using your work mobile device.
  • Coordinating with team members and creators to deliver compelling, high‑quality assets.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand visual identity across all platforms.
Paid Media, PR & Brand Activation
  • Manage local paid media campaigns across Meta, Search and TikTok in collaboration with our media agency.
  • Monitor performance, optimise activity, and ensure spend drives strong ROI.
  • Manage local PR initiatives, listings, press opportunities and influencer activity.
  • Serve as the main marketing contact for venue teams, ensuring timely delivery of collateral, assets and promotional materials.
CRM, Email & Reporting
  • Plan and execute local email marketing activity, including segmentation and journey optimisation.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, delivering regular insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure KPIs are consistently met through data‑led decision making and agile optimisation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Fluency in French and English, ideally with experience living, studying or working in the UK.
  • 3+ years’ experience in hospitality, leisure or venue entertainment marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns across social, paid media and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok and Search advertising platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools (HubSpot experience is a bonus).
  • Strong creative and copywriting ability with a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Confident with content creation (photography, videography or editing skills are a plus). 
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects at pace.
  • Ability to work flexibly across mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work independently and make confident decisions.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a great sense of humour.
