We are looking for a high-performing Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing creative & wellness ecosystem. This full-time role is based in Bali and will lead the overall marketing strategy for a growing portfolio of wellness, fitness, education, and lifestyle brands under the Agape Group umbrella—including Agape Movement, Agape Strong, Pilates with Rich, Agape Retreats, and more.

You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping our public identity, building funnels that convert, and mentoring an agile team of creatives and digital marketers as we scale from 10 to 200 outlets in the coming years.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the end-to-end marketing strategy across digital and offline channels

Building and executing performance-driven campaigns (ads, content, email, PR, influencer, etc.)

Managing our online presence, including websites, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to refine messaging and positioning

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, content, design) to support company OKRs

Overseeing the monthly marketing calendar, ad budgets, performance tracking, and reporting

Hiring, managing, and mentoring a small but mighty team of marketing assistants, content creators, and freelancers

Who We're Looking For

5+ years experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors

Proven experience running integrated campaigns that build community and drive conversions

Strong grasp of digital tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, web analytics, etc.)

Excellent leadership, storytelling, and project management skills

Creative but data-driven—able to turn insights into action

Able to juggle multiple brands, deadlines, and channels with clear strategy and calm execution

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
