Job Description

We seek a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to join our European marketing team in Paris. This role requires a well-rounded marketing professional capable of strategic thinking and delivering impactful campaigns supporting our commercial objectives across various industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the Sales team to enhance pipeline growth and brand visibility within France.
  2. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including events, digital campaigns, content creation, and demand generation activities.
  3. Manage budgets, ensuring spending aligns with strategic goals and delivers measurable ROI.
  4. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Partner with subject matter experts to identify and prioritize target accounts for marketing engagement.
  6. Coordinate with creative agencies and third-party partners to produce campaign assets and execute programs.
  7. Create compelling case studies and customer success stories to support sales enablement and thought leadership.
  8. Strengthen relationships with Microsoft, aligning joint marketing efforts with our local Alliance lead.
  9. Oversee internal and external communication regarding new client wins, in coordination with Sales.
  10. Maintain and support CRM data hygiene for marketing campaigns and leads, ensuring accurate segmentation and reporting.
  11. Enhance Hitachi Solutions Europe's web presence by publishing and optimizing content for SEO, in collaboration with our European website manager.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft’s partner ecosystem (desirable).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in French & English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear messaging.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Recruitment process:

  1. Telephone HR interview.
  2. Interview in English with the Marketing Director Europe and Sales Director France, ideally on-site or via Teams, including a presentation to be prepared beforehand.
  3. Face-to-face interview with the Managing Director France.

Contract:

  • Permanent, office-based contract.
  • Fixed salary from 55,000 to 66,000 euros plus an annual bonus.
  • Available immediately.
