Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Design: Prepare and review designs for marine structures based on civil engineering principles; conduct feasibility studies and site investigations for marine projects.
• Construction Supervision: Monitor and supervise marine construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines; coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Technical Analysis: Perform structural analysis and load calculations for marine infrastructure; ensure compliance with international marine engineering standards and local regulations.
• Quality & Safety: Implement quality control measures and safety protocols on‑site; conduct risk assessments and environmental impact evaluations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and as‑built documentation; maintain accurate records of project activities and approvals.

Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Marine or Coastal Engineering specialization preferred).

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in marine construction projects (ports, jetties, dredging, breakwaters).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and marine design software.
• Knowledge of geotechnical and hydrodynamic principles.

Soft Skills:

• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in challenging marine environments.
