A dynamic European scale-up is seeking an International Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across various markets including Italy, Spain, and DACH. This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, driving strategy alignment across teams, and targeting the mid-market segment. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with proven leadership skills, and fluency in English and at least one other European language. Position Overview:
We're looking for a results-driven and people-focused International Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives across European markets (Italy, Spain and DACH region). You’ll oversee a high-performing sales team responsible for managing the entire sales cycle across our key markets, and you’ll take ownership of part of the Revenue target.
This is a full stack sales leadership role covering both new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within international markets.
This is a leadership role for someone who combines operational excellence with coaching acumen and a passion for SaaS sales. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategy and execution, while championing a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
You will primarily target the Mid-market segment, while also serving the upper part of SMBs with sales-assisted support.
This position manages individual contributors and is based in Paris.
The role reports directly to Sara Godest, our VP Sales.
