Fluency in English and proficiency in CRM systems is essential.
We’re looking for a data‑driven professional to join our International HCP Engagement Operations team in Paris. In this role, you’ll help ensure operational efficiency and compliance across healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and sponsorship activities in international markets. You’ll play a key part in managing data integrity, supporting governance processes, and delivering insights that shape meaningful engagement strategies. If you’re passionate about turning data into actionable impact, this is an opportunity to make a difference in a global setting.
You’ll need a bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, data analytics, or a related field, along with 5‑8 years of experience in data analytics, HCP engagement, or commercial/medical operations within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Proficiency in CRM and event management systems, plus a strong understanding of data integration and reporting, is essential. Fluent English is required. Experience with international teams and vendor management is a plus.
