Une entreprise innovante dans l'aéronautique à Toulouse recherche un stagiaire pour intégrer le département Support Client. Vous aurez des responsabilités variées, y compris le soutien à l'organisation des activités des OEM et la création de tableaux de bord PowerBi. Les candidats doivent être en dernière année de Master en Génie Aéronautique et parler couramment le français et l'anglais.

Qualifications

  • Étudiant(e) en dernière année de Master avec spécialisation en Génie Aéronautique/Aérospatial.
  • Connaissances en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et logistique appréciées.
  • Idées novatrices avec de nouvelles solutions.

Responsabilités

  • Définir un processus global pour décrire le cadre de l'activité de support fournisseur.
  • Agir comme point de contact pour les activités de support client des OEM.
  • Participer à l'identification des lacunes dans les activités de support client.

Detailed description of the mission

As a member of ATR Customer Support & Services Directorate, you will join the supplier support management team, part of Customer Support Department. You will be part of a team working with ATR OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) with the main objective of ensuring that customer support activities of subject OEMs are prepared and delivered as per contractual agreements, in line with expected performance level. Primary goal is to ensure and enhance ATR Customers' satisfaction.

  • Define a global process to describe the framework of the Supplier Support activity.
  • Act as focal point in ATR organization & interface of ATR customers for OEM customer support activities.
  • Take part in identification of gaps in OEM customer support activities for in service fleet.
  • Support the preparation of Customer Support Reviews with main OEMs to share and align ATR's view of subject supplier's support activities and product performance.
  • Contribute to deployment of required corrective and improvement actions on fleet in service, as may be required on the base of achieved reliability lower than G-MTBUR, premature or repetitive removals, excessive maintenance costs.
  • Support your teammates in the implementation of mitigation actions, when required, to secure operations : extra stocks, commercial dispositions, advance standard exchanges.
  • Support in PowerBi dashboard creation.
  • Support the communication towards Customers.
  • This internship is designed for you :
  • You are in final year of a Master degree with a specialization in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering. Knowledge in supply chain management and logistics is a plus.
  • You are proactive and come up with new idea by offering innovative solutions.
  • You are a team player, have ability to connection and coordinate multi-cultural teams and transversal activities.
  • You have good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
