We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The preferred location for the position is in Surgeres, France.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain availability of the workshop's tools and production resources.
  • Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance operations in accordance with safety, quality, time and cost rules.
  • Report safety risks, quality deviations, and observed malfunctions.
  • Take charge of and follow up all intervention requests assigned to you.
  • Record intervention reports in the CMMS database and update CMMS with necessary information (diagrams, ranges, technical data, schematics).
  • Intervene while respecting safety, quality, time and cost objectives.
  • Ensure daily regulatory compliance of equipment and tools.
  • Report activity to the maintenance manager and support subcontracted service providers.
  • Collaborate actively in daily maintenance tasks and support production in continuous improvement (operational excellence).
  • Troubleshoot across the workshop perimeter (networks, machines, tools) to ensure equipment availability for production.
  • Carry out breakdown diagnostics and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
  • Participate in the construction of preventive planning and carry out associated interventions.
Required qualifications
  • BAC Pro Maintenance BAC +2, BTS MAI
  • Experience in a maintenance department of 3 years
  • Possibility of working shifts or on call
  • Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics
  • Electrical clearance
  • CACES would be a plus
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Autonomy and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-technical maintenance environment
  • Ability to work in collaboration
