A multifamily property management company is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor in Saint-Cloud. You will lead a maintenance team, oversee property maintenance, and ensure the community runs smoothly. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of general maintenance experience and strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Compensation & Perks

• $25.00–$29.00/hour (DOE)
• Quarterly bonuses up to $1,000
• $100 weekly on‑call bonus

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On‑call rotation: 1 week every 6 weeks

What You’ll Do

• Complete work orders and oversee unit turns
• Maintain property grounds & assist with snow removal
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
• Partner with the Property Manager on budgeting and project planning
• Lead the community’s preventative maintenance program
• Support, train, and guide maintenance staff

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of general maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Strong skills in: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliances
• Supervisory experience (led at least one technician)
• Budgeting or project planning experience a plus
• EPA & Boiler certifications preferred
• CPO certification preferred
