Une entreprise internationale de distribution recherche un stagiaire en M&A pour rejoindre son équipe à Paris. Vous serez chargé d'analyser des opportunités d'acquisition, de coordonner les due diligences et d'effectuer des études stratégiques du marché. Les candidats doivent suivre une formation en finance et parler l'anglais couramment. Une première expérience dans des services financiers est un plus. Ce stage de six mois commence en septembre.

🎯Your Mission:

Working as part of the 3-strong M&A team at head office, your main tasks will be as follows:

M&A

• Review and analyze acquisition opportunities,
• Review presentation materials for Investment Committees (business cases, business plans and financial valuations),
• Coordinate due diligence processes with internal and external stakeholders,
• Review legal documentation (LOI, SPA, other),
• Monitor the successful implementation of the integration plan for recent acquisitions.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Strategic analysis of market segments,
• Monitoring the performance of key competitors,
• Coordination of external studies/Power BI analyses with Sonepar International Services (SIS).

Occasionally, you will also support the team in conducting ad-hoc and specific analyses for the needs of the Group's General Management (CEO Office).

The tasks are likely to evolve according to your skills and your ability to manage subjects independently.

⭐Skills: The Toolbox You Bring

• You are following a business school or engineering school with Finance courses (master’s degree).
• You are at ease with working in English, both written and spoken (minimum level C1)
• You have ideally a first work experience (internship) in M&A/Transaction Services/controlling/audit/finance in general
• Good knowledge of Excel / PowerPoint. PowerBI is a plus.
• You are rigorous and have an ability to synthesise information,
• You are keen to learn and adapt to a complex environment,
• You are a team player and can work in an international network with different cultures.
