The role includes managing customer communications, processing shipping operations, and ensuring quality service standards. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and shipping operations.
• Degree in logistics is preferred.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft software.

Description du poste

• Contact with dedicated customer for instructions/reminders
• Processing of agent and alert messages (network contact)
• Communication of information to customers and partners in parallel
• Processing of anomalies/disputes
• Proposal of corrective and preventive measures
• Contact with the warehouse and other subcontractors
• Duty to inform and advise the customer on international goods movement formalities
• Duty to communicate information on files under their responsibility to their line manager.
• Monitoring the quality of the service center's services.
• Creating SOPs when necessary to support the offshoring process.
• Problem solving in order to proactively find appropriate solutions in a timely manner for the customer.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and shipping operations/regulations and documentation, or a degree in logistics.
• Preferably, a professional degree from an accredited educational institution specializing in logistics and shipping.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft software applications and/or other leading software applications.
