A global energy solutions company is looking for a Sales Specialist to coordinate Customer Adoption & Expansion activities in the Benelux and France regions. You will implement business strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and engage customers to improve satisfaction and expansion efforts. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering and possess strong customer-facing skills, along with operational knowledge in customer management. The role demands excellent communication abilities in English, with knowledge of Dutch and French as an asset.
The Pipeline & Terminal Solutions Lifecycle Services Sales Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and supporting Customer Adoption & Expansion activities in the Benelux and France regions, for Emerson’s Energy, Transportation, and Storage Solutions (ETS) business, serving customers who operate extensive terminal and pipeline networks for hydrocarbons, renewables, and chemicals.
The role will focus on executing the business strategy, ensuring effective service delivery, and driving measurable results from Adoption and Expansion initiatives. It requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams—sales, operations, technology, and support—to maintain satisfaction and retention, oversee maintenance of existing applications, grow the installed base, and identify new business opportunities together with the ETS Europe sales organization.
