A leading technology and engineering firm in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is seeking a Legal Counsel to support their Energy Division's business units. The role includes managing legal risks, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a law degree from a reputable EU university and at least 5 years of relevant experience in an international context. Strong English communication skills are essential, with French being an advantage.

The Legal Counsel will primarily be supporting the business units Welded and Circular Technologies and Cryogenic Technologies in the Energy Division in ensuring compliance, enabling strategic growth and managing business risks from a legal perspective. The business units are doing business on a global level but have significant presence in France, Switzerland, and Italy. The Legal Counsel will work closely together with the other legal counsel(s) within the Energy Division and be part of a network of dedicated lawyers supporting our global business.
