Overview
Collaboration is at the core of how we operate. As a senior member of our Legal Team, you’ll be part of a highly engaged group that values open dialogue, strategic thinking, and cross-functional insight. We regularly exchange perspectives on key legal and business matters, challenge each other constructively, and co-create solutions that go beyond the legal lens.
Our team meetings go beyond alignment; they’re a space to share, connect, and continuously learn from one another. We believe that diverse viewpoints and a collaborative mindset are essential to driving meaningful results.
We’re growing fast in France, and with that growth comes new legal challenges, especially in commercial contracts, data protection, and compliance. You’ll be joining a cross-border legal team (based in France and Germany) that works closely with stakeholders across the business, from product and operations to HR and compliance, to help shape the legal foundations of a fast-scaling company.
The Role
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (clients, suppliers, partners, distributors, leases, labour), and implement and monitor MSAs
- Provide legal leadership and support for compliance initiatives, including audits, client questionnaires, tender documents, and data protection (GDPR)
- Shape and structure complex commercial offers (direct and via resellers), manage legal risk in contracting, and participate in technical and commercial negotiations
- Manage and protect intellectual property assets, including trademarks and patents in France and across Europe
- Advise and support HR on employment law issues, including internal regulations, conflict resolution, and litigation
Your Profile
- You have meaningful experience in commercial law, particularly drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts.
- You have strong knowledge of French legal frameworks, with proven expertise in GDPR, IP, and corporate compliance.
- You are able to clearly explain complex legal topics in English to a variety of stakeholders, including non-legal audiences.
- You are comfortable acting as a senior advisor in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with the ability to balance legal risks and business goals.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of empathy and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
- If you do not possess all of the above skills in their entirety, but are open to familiarising yourself with the legal areas mentioned, we would still be happy to receive your application.
