Une entreprise de conseil en ingénierie à Paris recherche un LEAD DOCUMENT CONTROLLER. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de la documentation d'ingénierie et supplier, ainsi que du suivi et de la conformité des documents. Un niveau Bac +3 et la maîtrise de l'anglais sont requis. Responsabilités

• Gestion de la documentation d'ingénierie et/ou des fournisseurs.
• Récupération et gestion des documents.
• Suivi des documents.
• Vérification de la conformité aux procédures.
• Rédaction de procédures de gestion documentaire.
• Production de rapports.

Mission

As part of the development of our activities in project-based document management, or document control, we are actively looking for a Document Controller.

Responsibilities

• Management of Engineering and / or Supplier documentation
• Retrieval, management and distribution of documents
• Document tracking
• Verification of compliance with usual procedures
• Writing of document management procedures
• Production of reports and / or reports

Required profile

• English proficiency
• Bac +3 level minimum
