In view of its continuous growth, the International Negotiation and Conflict Management Department at IÉSEG School of Management invites applications for a full-time or part-time permanent position as Professor of Practice in Law at the Assistant, Senior or Principal Professor level, starting in September 2026 in Lille or Paris Campus.

The department of “International Negotiation and Conflict Management” consists of 20 permanent academic staff who teach and perform research in the areas of Negotiation, Law, Conflict Management, among others. Teaching will be the main focus of the selected candidate by teaching courses in Company law, Torts, Contract law, and Property law at the undergraduate, graduate and/or postgraduate level. In addition, he/she/they will contribute to the development of the department’s programs. As such, we are looking for candidates with strong teaching skills, and who are fluent in English, as most courses are taught in this language. Knowledge of French is a plus, but not a requirement.
We also expect evidence of a good linkage to the corporate world, in particular via the practice of a professional activity, including freelance. The position does not have a research mission, however, research, in particular via case‑studies, is encouraged.
Applicants should hold a PhD, JD, DBA, or equivalent degree and maintain a relevant professional experience in the corporate environment. For the full‑time position, applicants should hold a PhD (or be close to obtaining it).
