Job Responsibilities
- Supplier kick-off after supplier award is confirmed.
- Control and negotiate the impact of changes during development, focusing on economic negotiations and timing.
- Release the final start of production price, including project change notices.
- Detect troubled suppliers and potential shortages, then follow up with stakeholders to support escalation.
- Support Supplier Quality teams to meet capacity and quality convergence targets.
- Lead summary meetings with suppliers and key internal stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional specialty teams to manage negotiations.
- Achieve total production cost targets.
- Negotiate quality, cost, technical performance terms, and engineering changes.
- Guarantee the supplier tool kick-off.
- Open or obtain orders at the right time.
- Achieve final price targets according to project needs.
- Monitor prices and supplier capacities during the development phase.

Required Knowledge
