Job Responsibilities

1. Supplier kick-off after supplier award is confirmed.
2. Control and negotiate the impact of changes during development, focusing on economic negotiations and timing.
3. Release the final start of production price, including project change notices.
4. Detect troubled suppliers and potential shortages, then follow up with stakeholders to support escalation.
5. Support Supplier Quality teams to meet capacity and quality convergence targets.
6. Lead summary meetings with suppliers and key internal stakeholders.
7. Work with cross-functional specialty teams to manage negotiations.
8. Achieve total production cost targets.
9. Negotiate quality, cost, technical performance terms, and engineering changes.
10. Guarantee the supplier tool kick-off.
11. Open or obtain orders at the right time.
12. Achieve final price targets according to project needs.
13. Monitor prices and supplier capacities during the development phase.
