Step into a high‑visibility role orchestrating Chloé Atelier des Fleurs’ ultra‑premium digital storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Junior Digital Project Manager, you are responsible for ultra‑premium digital acceleration

You will orchestrate end‑to‑end digital content production and toolkits for Chloé Atelier des Fleurs. You’ll own multiple concurrent projects, translate marketing concepts into agency briefs, manage shoots, timelines, budgets, production and post‑production, and validate assets and adaptations across markets. You’ll coordinate 360 executions with internal teams and external agencies, monitor the competitive landscape, analyze KPIs, and recommend optimizations—ensuring flawless, on‑time deliveries that elevate our ultra‑premium brand presence.

Your main focus :
  • Orchestrate end-to-end content production
  • Translate marketing concepts into clear creative briefs for agencies.
  • Plan shoots, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Oversee production and post‑production, retouches, formats, and crops.
  • Validate assets and ensure brand consistency and ultra‑premium standards.
Build launch and moment toolkits
  • Develop assets, tools, and guidelines for launches and key moments (e.g., Christmas, CNY).
  • Prepare market toolkits with usage instructions and best practices.
  • Align cross‑regional needs and local adaptations.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date asset libraries and version control.
Drive market implementation and support
  • Validate market adaptations across e‑retail and social platforms.
  • Coordinate specific digital initiatives and 360 executions.
  • Create clear presentations for internal teams and markets.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure on‑time go‑lives.
Coordinate cross‑functional and external stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing, e‑commerce, trade, media, and creative teams.
  • Liaise with the Fashion House and external creative agencies.
  • Lead meetings, manage approvals, and secure consensus decisions.
  • Own projects while escalating smartly when needed.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance
  • Track KPIs and compile activation reports.
  • Run competitive/market analysis and share strategic insights.
  • Recommend optimizations and codify best practices.
  • Manage budgets and reconcile actuals.

You will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager of Chloé Parfums and you will work closely together with marketing, e‑commerce, trade, media, 360, creative partners, Fashion House stakeholders, and external creative agencies. YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to shape ultra‑premium digital storytelling, orchestrate complex content pipelines, and deliver flawlessly under pressure. As an experienced Junior Digital Project Manager, you work autonomously, lead with ownership, and you get energy from working in a fast‑paced, diverse, international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Demonstrate strong project management, with significant experience in similar roles
  • Bring exceptional aesthetic/creative sensibility, with ultra‑premium standards
  • Master PowerPoint & Excel (good level)
  • Have prior experience with niche/ultra‑premium brands or contexts
  • Communicate fluently in French and English (written and spoken)
