Responsabilités

• Monitor purchase requests and supplier orders.
• Process supplier invoices and handle payments.
• Issue and record customer invoices.
• Follow up on customer accounts with overdue payments.
• Manage expense reports and processing reimbursements.
• Organize accounting documentation and archiving.
• Assist with bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Enter daily accounting entries.
• Support Chief Accountant in quarterly and annual closings.
• Participate in new ERP system implementation.
