Overview

We are looking for Junior and Senior Attorneys to work in the intellectual property field for our business partner.

Responsibilities

• Advise the business on all aspects of intellectual property law, including brand clearance, protection, enforcement, and copyright matters.
• Manage IP litigation processes end to end.
• Handle trademark prosecution, opposition, and appeal procedures before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT).
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements such as assignments and licenses.
• Prepare internal IP policies and provide strategic input on brand and IP portfolio management.
• Support complex legal contracts and cross-functional initiatives involving IP rights.
• Identify and handle infringement matters, initiate legal actions when necessary, and follow through on enforcement.
• Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance with local and international IP regulations.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a reputable university.
• 2–3 years of experience for junior candidates; at least 4–5 years of experience for senior candidates.
• Solid knowledge and experience in trademark prosecution and opposition proceedings before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
• Strong litigation experience in intellectual property law is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong research, analytical thinking, and drafting skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
