Description du poste
Offer Description

Project context: The INNTERACT project aims to assess the feasibility of generating a 3D human myocardial tissue, GMP-compatible, using tissue engineering. Human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) will be differentiated into cardiomyocytes and cardiac fibroblasts, then bioprinted in GMP-compatible bioreactors in order to produce functional cardiac tissues. These tissues will be cultured under GMP-like conditions to evaluate their viability and their potential for translation into clinical applications.

Missions:

  • Develop and implement bioprinting protocols for pre-differentiated cardiac cells in a 3D matrix.
  • Contribute to multi-component tissue reconstruction and its functional and structural validation.
  • Work in close interaction with the other technological partners of the European consortium.
  • Contribute to the scientific and technical dissemination of the results (reports, publications, presentations).

Activities:

  • Preparation and handling of differentiated cells.
  • Bioprinting specific biological matrices.
  • Analysis of the viability, architecture and functionality of the printed tissues.
  • Maintenance and calibration of the bioprinting platforms.
  • Participation in consortium meetings and in the project’s technical documentation.
