A modern European restaurant located in Metz seeks a Guest Relations Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include managing reservations, maintaining guest profiles, and providing exceptional service. Strong English fluency and hospitality experience are required. Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French, Luxembourgish is a strong asset.
• Confident, charismatic, emotionally intelligent.
• Excellent communication skills and memory for names and details.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with charisma, attention, and a genuine smile.
• Manage reservations (phone + online) via ZenChef or similar CRM.
• Keep guest profiles up to date (preferences, feedback, birthdays…).
• Anticipate arrivals, delays, and no-shows to support smooth service flow.

Your Role

As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you embody the spirit of Jane.

With charisma, elegance, and warmth, you ensure each guest feels welcomed and remembered.

The start date is scheduled for mid-October.

Responsibilities

o Welcome guests with charisma, attention, and a genuine smile

o Manage reservations (phone + online) via ZenChef or similar CRM

o Keep guest profiles up to date (preferences, feedback, birthdays…)

o Prepare the host stand and guest list ahead of service

o Anticipate arrivals, delays, and no-shows to support smooth service flow

o Escort guests to their table with care and grace

o Support a calm, elegant ambiance at all times

o Step in to support the floor team as needed, check on tables, assist with flow

o Be the face of Jane : polished, proactive, warm

What We’re Looking For

o Fluent in English; French, Luxembourgish is a strong asset

o Confident, charismatic, emotionally intelligent

o Excellent communication skills and memory for names and details

o Familiar with high-end hospitality standards

o Experience with CRM / reservation systems (ZenChef or similar) is a plus
