Your missions :

• Level 1 / Level 2 technical support for users
• Resolve technical incidents
• Install and configure IT equipment
• Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes
• Ensure the follow-up of incidents and support requests until their complete resolution
• Document
• Work in a production environment

Technical environment : Linux, Windows, SQL, Confluence, Python

Requirements

Your profile :

• Fluent English is mandatory
• Experience in a production environment
• Skills in Linux, Windows Powershell scripting, SQL query (essential)
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
