YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The AXA Group headquarters (GIE AXA) coordinates our global activities, providing guidance and support to subsidiaries worldwide. It employs approximately 1,000 staff from 45 nationalities, fostering a rich, international culture.

Within Group Finance, you will join the Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management team, supporting sourcing requests related to General Expenses, Professional Services, IT Services, Software, and Market Data.

The team organization includes:

• The Head of Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management
• Buyers for General Expenses and Professional Services
• Buyers for IT Services, Software, and Market Data
• Legal Counsel for Procurement Contracts
• Manager for Critical Third-Party Management
• Procurement Support Member

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main duties will involve sourcing, negotiating, and managing software licenses, IT equipment, market data, and technology services to meet GIE AXA's business goals. Responsibilities include ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, regulatory adherence, and vendor performance.

Procurement and Contracts: Develop procurement strategies, manage end-to-end processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to align procurement decisions and leverage best practices.

Third-party Risk Management: Execute Vendor Risk Frameworks to mitigate operational and regulatory risks, ensuring compliance with standards like Solvency II, DORA, Schrems II, and others.

Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate key vendors, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.

Inventory and Asset Management: Maintain accurate contract records.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master 2 in Procurement or related field
• 6 years of experience in IT and software procurement, preferably in insurance
• Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud solutions, and IT services
• Legal knowledge related to confidentiality, security, intellectual property, and regulations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and savings opportunities
• Fluent in French and English
• Result-oriented and proactive
