They create the tools and resources for their customers requirement to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams.

To support our client’s continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a IT Data Centre Technician to help their Paris-based project.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake hands‑on support of data centre IT infrastructure, including diagnosing and resolving server and network hardware issues
  • Install, upgrade, de‑commission server racks and related hardware as required
  • Maintain fiber‑optic and patch cabling connectivity throughout the facility
  • Execute routine IT tasks - hardware diagnostics, firmware updates, network troubleshooting - to keep systems running optimally
  • Manage Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs) in line with internal processes
  • Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and operational guides
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical challenges
  • Drive specific workflows and tasks, monitor progress, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
Requirements
  • Requires extensive experience troubleshooting server hardware and data centre infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of data centre operations, network switching and fiber‑optic connectivity
  • Solid Linux skills - comfortable with command‑line tools
  • Proficiency in enterprise‑grade server hardware and network equipment
  • Excel skills - pivot tables, formulas, charting, data analysis
  • A proactive, goal‑oriented mindset and hands‑on, responsible approach
