A global diagnostics leader in France is seeking an experienced M365 Platform Architect to oversee the M365 Platform and its roadmap, align architecture with business goals, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and hold a Bachelor's degree in IT. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is a plus. We are looking for a M365 Platform Architect who will work and grow within the IS Infrastructure department and will report to the Workplace Technologies Domain Manager within a global team of 16 co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of the M365 Platform and its roadmap.
• Align architecture with business goals, compliance requirements, and IT strategy.
• Define governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Configure and support Microsoft products.
• Lead technical discussions and workshops with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to IT teams, developers, and administrators.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Ensure smooth deployment of Microsoft 365 services and features.
• Manage the troubleshooting and the resolution of complex technical issues.
• Implement Microsoft 365 security features (e.g., Conditional Access, DLP, Information Protection, DRP...).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
• Use PowerShell, Power Automate, and Graph API to automate tasks and integrate services.
• Collaborate with global teams.
• Manage Microsoft Licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem : Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Copilot...
• Security & Compliance : Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office 365, Conditional Access.
• Power Platform : Administration, CoE, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Scripting & Automation : PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API.
• Intune administration.
• IA knowledge and Copilot administration.
• Functional knowledge and principles of the field of collaboration.
• Ability to translate a functional need into a technical solution while keeping it within a global IT context.
• Ability to navigate in an international context.
• ITIL V4 certifications would be a plus.
• Fluent in English, French would be a plus.
