The IPVF Aims To Primary Objective Of Improving The Performance And Competitiveness Of Photovoltaic Cells And Developing Disruptive Technologies Relying On Four Levers
Within the framework of the IPVF Joint Research Programme on the development of low cost and high performance solar cells, we are seeking to recruit a research and production engineer to continue the development of innovative material solutions for photovoltaic devices and to ensure the production of robust and suitable functional films.
Within the team Manufacturing processes and product development the candidate will be involved in missions including:
He/she will also have the role of contributing to research projects and developing a technological bridge between the different actors of the joint research program to disseminate technological innovations arising from his/her research on semiconductor materials and/or transport layers.
The candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment within the IPVF and in close collaboration with members of the CNRS‑UMR. They will have access to laboratories within the IPVF as well as to the institute's extensive collaborative network.

Knowledge and experience in vacuum deposition, particularly CVD/ALD
Knowledge of materials science and characterization of thin films and devices, Origin and Excel software;
Ability to synthesize results, organizational skills, mastery of a production environment
Understanding of spoken, written and read technical English.
Other strengths: taste for laboratory work, curiosity, sense of initiative, autonomy.
