Description du poste

You will join the "International Coordination" team within the Acquisition & Strategic Finance (ASF) division of the Investment Banking / Real Asset (IB / RA) sector at Natixis. In this team, we coordinate the activities of international teams based in Europe, Asia, and the US in terms of leveraged finance (LBO), corporate acquisition finance, and private equity sponsor finance.

Your daily responsibilities will include :

• Supporting ASF management and origination teams to achieve commercial development objectives;
• Assisting teams in the context of new transactions;
• Ensuring proper risk management and providing recommendations on transactions presented in commercial and credit committees;
• Developing ASF's market intelligence on leveraged finance.
