Job Description : Havas Champagne is looking to hire its new Integrated Media Planner to join the dynamic media team. If you have relevant experience and are willing to grow within the top advertising agencies, apply now!

SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an integrated media planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital and traditional media strategies. This typically includes negotiating and acquiring advertising space across digital media platforms; monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on campaign performance; managing budgets, and liaising with clients.

Media Planning and Strategy:
  • All client face to face regular interactions and teams support.
  • Overall: Rationale, Strategy, Ideas, Budgeting, Approvals, Monitoring, Reporting and Invoicing.
  • Create/update masterplans & Digital/TV/Radio/Print media communications plans.
  • Co-ordinate circulation of digital reports with that of traditional media – one point of contact only for clients
  • Monthly internal briefing about clients’ masterplan
  • Working closely and transversally with accounts, creative, and media buying teams for new proposals, costings and reports.
Reporting & maintenance:
  • Monthly / weekly status updates with Group Media Director or Group Media Head
  • Monthly/Quarterly reviews on all required clients with data made available by the MI team
  • Strict monitoring and reporting of all client KPIs and advise for betterment if not achievable.
  • Working with finance teams for timely invoicing and assistance for payments recovery when required.
  • Should be able to build up superior relationship with local and expat clients.
REQUIREMENTS AND PROFILE:
  • At least one previous experience in digital media planning or buying
  • Experience of implementation of campaigns on Meta Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, Tik Tok Ad Manager
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good level of English
  • Organized, motivated, detail oriented, passionate and open minded.
  • Eager to learn and transforming the learning into solid output
