Overview
Inside Sales Executive (Italian market) – Skello. This role is part of the founding Inside Sales team opening the Italian market. Based in Barcelona and reporting to the Country Manager Italy. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead prospecting and qualification to closing, across various sectors and customer types.
Your role
You will be among our founding team of Inside Sales dedicated to the opening of the Italian market, in charge of setting the foundation of our commercial success.
Your missions
- Actively prospect new leads in Italy, mostly through cold calling.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads from marketing, partnerships and your own prospection efforts.
- Understand customer needs and tailor the pitch to show how Skello can simplify and optimize workforce management.
- Drive discovery and product demos to convert opportunities into paying customers.
- Ensure hand-over to client teams after signing new customers (and possibly onboard the very first customers yourself).
- Collect feedback from early customers and share insights with Product, Marketing and Ops to refine our go-to-market.
- Contribute to our playbook for Italy: messaging, objections, personas, pricing, etc.
Your profile
- Native Italian speaker and fluent in English or French.
- Experience in sales or business development (1 to 5 years), ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Strong growth mindset: you love talking to customers, you are convincing and will not take no as an answer, you thrive in early stage environments and you recognize it takes effort to open up a new market.
- You are comfortable with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Aircall) and metrics-driven environments.
