Une entreprise technologique innovante recherche un ingénieur service terrain à Lyon pour fournir un soutien technique aux clients sur les presses numériques. Vous serez responsable des installations, de la maintenance préventive et de la formation des opérateurs. Ce poste nécessite des déplacements fréquents et requiert une formation en ingénierie électrotechnique ou électromécanique. Qualifications

Léquipe Service HP Indigo France est constituée dun Directeur des Services de managers opérationnels de spécialistes techniques dun responsable déploiement et dune trentaine dingénieurs terrain situés proche de nos clients qui interviennent sur les aspects matériels logiciels les installations des presses numériques et les formations sur site clients.

Ce que nous ferons ensemble

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur service terrain pour la région Sud Est : Lyon (Field Service Engineer).

Après une formation complète vous deviendrez le référent technique des presses Indigo auprès des clients qui vous seront affectés.

Au quotidien vous réaliserez des interventions techniques destinées à installer et maintenir en production les presses des clients mènerez des actions proactives destinées à améliorer le taux de disponibilité des presses ou la formations des opérateurs…

Garant de la satisfaction de nos clients votre engagement et expertise au quotidien permettent dassurer un taux optimal de disponibilité des presses.

Ce poste nécessite beaucoup de déplacements sur votre périmètre dinterventions.

Qui vous êtes

Passionné(e) par le service aux clients vous disposez dune formation en électrotechnique / Electromécanique (BTS ou Ingénieur).

Vous avez acquis une première expérience en entreprise de type apprentissage stage ou 1er job et avez de lexpérience / des connaissances dans les domaines électro mécaniques électriques mécaniques pneumatiques fluides informatique (automation studio PC et réseau).

Intéressé(e) par la résolution de problèmes complexes vous savez communiquer à lécrit comme à loral.

Vous disposez du permis de conduire et bénéficiez dun niveau danglais qui vous permet de suivre des formations et vous exprimer. (Oral et écrit)

Job Description

The field support engineers key roles are to provide post-sales technical support to customers (large enterprise and SMB customers) in France enabling them to operate and maintain the Series 5 of HP-Indigo presses with high-level of TCE.

This includes trouble shooting preventive maintenance testing installation. The job focuses on the diagnosis and repair of electro / mechanical digital offset printing presses and their associated peripherals.

We are looking for a graduate engineer to join our experienced team in Lyon !

Responsibilities

• Perform break & fix on customer site.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades
• Provide on-site support to customers on escalated problems.
• Lead communication with specialists for unresolved issues.

Install & operate HP-Indigo presses

Lead high level of customer satisfaction through high level of engagement and involvement in the service advantage and primary engineer programs.

Report to the manager on any abnormal customer issues.

Support sales & marketing functions for show / exhibitions.

Skills Required

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. PC and Windows knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Printing and Printing technologies is an asset.
• Knowledge / experience with Printing Press equipment and / or digital printers is an advantage.
• Work and manage customers relationships.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complicated information.
• Robust troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that include teamwork respect courtesy tact and discretion.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
• Customer-oriented skills in a service environment.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Able to discuss complex technical issues with customers
• Able to set up and drive action plans
