Ce poste comprend la gestion humaine et financière d'un projet d'études techniques, avec la coordination des sous-traitants et l'approbation des conceptions. Les candidats doivent avoir 5 à 6 ans d'expérience en ingénierie, et des compétences techniques solides en électricité et électrotechnique. Qualifications

• 5 à 6 ans d'études supérieures en école d'ingénieur.
• Expérience en gestion d'équipe technique et suivi des sous-traitants.

Responsabilités

• Gérer la coordination du projet technique et le suivi des sous-traitants.
• Évaluer les risques du projet et organiser les réunions de lancement.
• Assurer la qualité et le suivi du programme d'études.

MISSIONS

Human and financial management of the study. Analyze the file and define the study risks (technical legal budgetary etc.).. Launch the study: establish the launch sheet and chair the study launch meeting.. Coordinate the design review and ensure the distribution of the corresponding report.. Ensure the preparation and follow‑up of the study program.. Establish the Execution bid review.. Monitor the sub‑contractors.. Ensure compliance with the budget targets set at the beginning of the study.. Manage the business projects contractual management of the study . Decide on the retained hypotheses and calculation methods.. Set the tasks objectives and deadlines for the various members of the study team.. Approve the design briefs and drawings before they are distributed externally.. Ensure the circulation of technical information and the Study‑Works coordination (technical meetings coordination meetings etc.). Continuous improvement Ensure the preparation of the business projects Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).Ensure the application of the measures in the Quality‑Environment system of the engineering office and in the projects on which it is and handle part in business project feedback and employees support and development . Implement all management and HR development actions planned to allow skills improvement of the employees and their mobility within the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

5 - 6 years higher education in an Engineering school Experience warranting the assumption of responsibility in the organization of the technical project team coordination and the monitoring of technical sub‑contractors

Reporting line: Technical Sector Manager Engineering Office Director (technical studies)

Internal relations: Technical Studies Engineer Engineering Studies Officer Drafting office Project Leader Works Supervisor Technical Director etc.

External relations: clients suppliers sub‑contractors etc.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

• Formation en électricité électrotechnique ou équivalent.
• Expérience en conception électrique dans l'industrie ou la machine spéciale.
• Rigueur technique capacité d’analyse et sens du détail.
• Goût du travail en équipe curiosité et bonne communication.

Vos compétences techniques

Vous possédez de solides bases en électricité et électrotechnique industrielle ainsi que des connaissances dans les domaines suivants :

• Automatisme & réseaux (atout très apprécié) :
• Variation de vitesse
• Automates : Schneider (Unity Pro Safety) et Siemens (S7 S7 Safety)
• Variateurs Schneider et Siemens
• Réseaux de communication : CANopen Ethernet TCP/IP Profinet
• IHM : Vijeo WinCC Flexible

Ces compétences constituent un réel plus pour garantir l’intégration électrique dans un environnement automatisé.
